Product Guarantee

Bathroom Scene products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a minimum of 12 months. Certain items for example some of the towel rails are guaranteed for up to 10 years. Please ask when purchasing your items or send an email to enquire.

This guarantee does not cover any products against accidental or malicious damage, improper use, negligence, general wear and tear, damage due to poor installation or servicing or consequential loss. This of course does not affect your statutory rights.

Price & Payment

All prices for the Goods and Services are as detailed on the website and prices are inclusive of VAT and any additional charges for delivery etc.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have bought from Bathroom Scene then you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your delivery by email: info@bathroom-scene.co.uk Please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are in a re-saleable condition. We will collect your goods within 21 days after receiving your notification. After we have received the goods and subject to our terms and conditions we will offer you a full refund within 5 working days or you can choose other items if suitable. Please note we will charge you a collection fee that does varies per size of the item/items. Bathroom suites vary but range from £35 (Plus 10% handling charge of retail price) and £50 (No handling charge). The reason for this is different manufacturers have different returns policies. You will be told of the total cost when you have made contact.

Cancellations

Should you decide to cancel the order after it has been processed and waiting for dispatch or has already been dispatched there will be a £30 re-stocking charge for any returns plus delivery costs should these apply.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the very unlikely event of any of the goods you have received are damaged or faulty please notify us by email info@bathroom-scene.co.uk within 72 hours of receiving the delivery. We will arrange for the goods to be picked up as soon as possible and arrange for the new goods to be delivered to your door.
